Dreams are God’s forgotten language. According to Padre Pio, there are three types of visions or dreams
- Bodily vision- literally seeing the while wide awake.
- Intellectual vision- pure understanding, without any impression of images on the sense.
- Imaginative vision- with images already in the subject’s imagination.
